At Blue Bubble, we work hard to ensure your laundry products are delivered quickly, safely, and affordably. Below is our full shipping policy for customers across Canada.

1. Shipping Locations

1.1 Local Shipping

Shipping is strictly limited to Specific Areas - Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Langley, Coquitlam, and Surrey.

1.2 International Shipping

2. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2 PM may be processed the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take an extra 1–2 days.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery windows after your order has been processed:

Within Province 3–6 business days
Other Provinces 5–10 business days
Remote/Northern Areas 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or external factors.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Package weight

  • Selected shipping method

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes:

  • Tracking number

  • Estimated delivery window

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

6. Delivery Issues

6.1 Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Blue Bubble is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address submissions.

6.2 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

6.3 Damaged Packages

If your order is damaged, leaking, or compromised on arrival, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
