1.  What is the Blue Bubble Affiliate Program?

  Our affiliate program allows you to earn money by promoting Blue Bubble products. You receive a unique referral link, and every time someone purchases through your link, you earn a commission.

2.  How much commission do affiliates earn?

Affiliates earn 10% commission on every qualifying sale made through their referral link.

3.  How do I join the affiliate program?

You can sign up directly on our Affiliate page. Once your application is approved, your dashboard and unique tracking link will be activated automatically.

4.  How are sales tracked?

All clicks and purchases through your referral link are tracked using Shopify-approved tracking technology.

You can view your real-time sales and commissions in your affiliate dashboard.

5.  When and how are commissions paid out?

Commissions are paid once a month via Interact e-Transfer or PayPal (based on your preference), after verifying completed and non-refunded orders.

6.  Is there a minimum payout amount?

Yes. The minimum payout is $50 CAD. If your earnings are below this amount, they roll over to the next month.

7.  Can I use my own affiliate link to get a discount?

No. Self-referrals are not allowed. Commissions are only paid for new customer referrals.

8.  Are there any restrictions on how I promote Blue Bubble?

Affiliates must follow ethical marketing practices. Spamming, misleading claims, and false advertising are not allowed. Social media promotion, reviews, and personal referrals are welcome.

9.  Will I receive marketing materials?

Yes. We provide product photos, videos, and promotional content you can use on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, blogs, and websites.

10.  Can affiliates outside Canada join?

Currently, our affiliate program is open to individuals residing in British Columbia, Canada.

11. Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account helps you view past orders, save your address, and track deliveries more easily.

12.  Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

  Orders can be changed or cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. If you made a mistake, be sure to get in touch with us immediately with your order number.

 13.  Do you offer local delivery in Vancouver?

Yes. We offer scheduled local delivery across Vancouver and nearby cities. Available delivery dates will appear during checkout once your postal code is entered.

  14.  Do you offer free shipping or local delivery?

  From time to time, we run promotions that include free shipping or free local delivery. Please check the banner at the top of our website or our Instagram for current offers.

  15.How can I apply a discount code?

  Discount codes can be entered on the checkout page. If the code is valid, the discounted price will appear automatically before payment.

  16.  What happens if I’m not home during delivery?

  For local delivery, the driver will contact you. If unsuccessful, they may leave the package in a safe spot or reschedule, depending on your delivery area.

  17.  I entered the wrong address—can I fix it?

  If the order hasn’t been shipped or delivered, YES. Contact us immediately. Unfortunately, once the order has left our facility, we cannot change the address.

18.  How do I subscribe to product updates or special offers?

  You can join our email list through the pop-up on the homepage or by entering your email in the subscription box at the bottom of the website.
