Thank you for shopping with Blue Bubble. We appreciate your business and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. The following Return & Refund Policy applies to all laundry products we sell within Canada and is designed to comply with Canadian consumer protection standards.
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Unopened & Unused Products
You may return unopened, unused, and undamaged laundry products within 30 days of the purchase date if:

The product is in its original packaging

All safety seals are intact

A valid proof of purchase is provided (receipt or order confirmation)
1.2 Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer:

A replacement, or

A full refund
We may request photos to help verify the issue.
1.3 Incorrect Items Received
If you were sent the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping and send you the correct item at no additional cost.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and environmental reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Opened or partially used laundry products

Products not in original packaging

Items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale

Bulk, custom, or special-order quantities
3. Refund Process
3.1 Processing Time
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds for approved returns will be issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
3.2 Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to an error by Blue Bubble (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

For standard returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
4. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for the same item type within 30 days, provided the product is unopened and unused. If the item is out of stock, we may provide store credit or a refund.
5. Online vs. In-Store Purchases
This policy applies to both online and in-store purchases unless stated otherwise. Online returns may require additional packaging or shipping steps.
